ALLSTARS Acquires The Industry, Announces Expanded Vision for Live Events and Concert Experiences

Toronto, Ontario - December 8, 2025

ALLSTARS Entertainment, along with HCO, today announced the acquisition of The Industry, marking the new beginning for the brand.

The Industry moves forward with a renewed direction, building on its reputation as one of Toronto’s most influential underground live event brands. Recognized for shaping nightlife culture, and delivering high-energy, community-driven events, the brand helped define a generation of rave and live music experiences in the city. Looking ahead, the focus will shift toward elevated production quality, refined artist curation, venue transformation, and immersive audience experiences designed to be distinctive, intentional, and culturally relevant.

Building beyond its original format, the brand will expand into larger productions, while maintaining the energy and community that originally defined it. Events will range from intimate, concept-driven showcases to high-capacity concerts and immersive live productions designed to elevate both artist performance and fan engagement.

In parallel with its live events expansion, The Industry will also move into artist development through the launch of its new record label, The Industry Sound, focused on discovering, developing, and supporting emerging talents.

Looking ahead, the brand will pursue collaborations with local and international artists, venues, and creative partners, alongside planned expansion into the United States, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Qatar, and India. Programming will focus on delivering high-impact live entertainment while working in alignment with leading agencies such as William Morris Endeavor, United Talent Agency, and Creative Artists Agency, as well as media and cultural partners including Billboard, Rolling Stone, and other global platforms.
