GETTING STARTED

1. How do I get started?

Click the "Join The Network" button below to create an account. Follow the instructions in the dashboard to register your company information for submission. Once your account has been reviewed and approved, an account executive will contact you to welcome you to the network.

2. I’m approved. What do I do now?

Start browsing. Use the HCO Connect automotive portal above to explore inventory. Select the category you’re interested in, filter by country, or search by vehicle type to find what you need.

3. What information will be provided on the inventory page?

The inventory page will display vehicle details, the HCO Vehicle Information Sheet (VIS), pricing, current location, and status. VIN numbers will not be displayed and will only be released upon deposit payment.

4. I found a vehicle that I want. What do I do?

On the vehicle information page, you can either inquire for a quote or add the vehicle to your cart to proceed with the purchase.

5. How do I inquire for a quote?

Click the "Add to Quote" button to save the vehicle to your account. Continue browsing and adding vehicles as needed. Once ready, go to your account dashboard, select the "Quote" tab, make adjustments, and submit your quote. Your account executive will contact you shortly.

6. How do I buy a vehicle?

Click the "Add to Cart" button on the vehicle information page. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Enter your payment details and pay the deposit. Once the deposit is received, your account executive will contact you to finalize the transaction.

7. I just paid a deposit. What happens next?

Your account executive will reach out to finalize the transaction. They will facilitate the transfer of the remaining balance, arrange transport, and manage shipping to export the vehicle to your designated location.

8. Can I arrange shipping myself?

No, HCO works exclusively with partnered shipping companies to ensure a smooth and expedited process. In rare cases, third-party shipping may be permitted. If you have a preferred shipping company, inform your account executive.

9. Payment is fully made, and I have received the documents. What now?

The vehicle will be transported for shipping, and all required documents will be submitted to you. Await the vehicle’s arrival at your destination.

10. What payment options do you offer?

Deposits and Balance Payments:
Can be made via credit card, wire transfer, bank transfer, or in person at a designated HCO location using a certified cheque or bank draft.

Additional Fees:
Credit card payments incur a 5% processing fee charged by the bank, not HCO. An administration fee of $250 is applied to all transactions.

Wire and Bank Transfers:
Payments must originate from the purchasing entity (your company). Payment confirmation should be submitted to your account executive.

In-Person Payments:
Conducted only at designated HCO locations. Certified cheques and bank drafts require a hold period of 7 business days.
