SECURE & SHIP

1. Select Your Vehicle

Browse the featured listings and choose the vehicle you are interested in. Make note of the listing number for reference.

2. Contact Your Account Executive

Reach out to your assigned HCO account executive and provide the listing number. They will confirm availability, condition details, pricing, and answer any questions.

3. Secure the Vehicle with a Deposit

Once you confirm the unit, a deposit (as listed on the vehicle page) is required to secure the vehicle. Upon receipt of the deposit, the vehicle will be removed from public listings and prepared for export processing.

4. Complete Full Payment

The remaining balance must be received within 7 days via:

  • Wire Transfer
  • Bank Transfer
  • Certified Check or Bank Draft (if payment is made in Canada or United States)

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Vehicle Preparation & Inspection

After full payment is received:

  • The vehicle undergoes final inspection and preparation.
  • Export documentation is initiated.
  • Any agreed add-ons or compliance modifications are completed.

6. Documentation & Export Processing

HCO will provide all necessary export documentation, including:

  • Bill of Sale
  • Export Declaration
  • Title / Ownership Transfer Documents
  • Shipping Instructions
  • Vehicle Information Sheet (VIS)

Additional compliance documents will be provided as required by the destination country.

7. Shipping & Logistics

The vehicle will be scheduled for shipment via the agreed method (RoRo or Container).

  • Booking confirmation will be provided.
  • Estimated transit times will be shared.
  • Tracking details will be issued once available.

8. Delivery & Final Steps

Upon arrival:

  • The buyer is responsible for customs clearance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Import duties, taxes, and registration must be handled in accordance with local regulations.
  • HCO can assist with documentation support as needed.
