HCO Connect App Launch

HCO is pleased to announce the upcoming transition of HCO Connect from the existing web client platform to the dedicated HCO Connect App.

This transition is part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform accessibility, performance, and the overall experience for authorized HCO buyers and suppliers.

Important Dates

• September 7, 2026: The HCO Connect App APK will become available to all authorized HCO merchants.
• October 1, 2026: The existing HCO Connect web platform, including merchant login and online support services, will be permanently discontinued.

What Merchants Need to Know

Beginning September 7, 2026, authorized HCO merchants may obtain the official HCO Connect App APK directly through their assigned account representative.

The application will serve as the primary platform for accessing HCO Connect services, managing business activities, and contacting support.

Preparing for the Transition

We encourage all HCO buyers and suppliers to contact their assigned account representative ahead of the October 1, 2026, transition deadline to ensure uninterrupted access to HCO Connect.
